The role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated .NET Developer (m/f/d) to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable software applications using the .NET framework. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and direct interaction with customers to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain software components using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
  • Write clean, scalable, and testable code following best practices
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support
  • Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and deliver new features
  • Engage in direct communication with customers to understand requirements and provide technical guidance
  • Document software specifications and maintain technical documentation
  • Conduct code reviews
What we are looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, and .NET Core
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles and system design, with the ability to structure scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions
  • Be open to working with Java / other technologies when needed, especially in cross-functional or legacy system contexts
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORM tools like Entity Framework
  • Experience with RESTful APIs
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cooperatively in cross-functional teams and with customers
  • Proficiency in spoken and written German is a strong advantage
