The role
As a passionate, self-directed technical Product Manager you are responsible for delivering value for your audience, in this case help digitalizing processes for insurance companies and internal users. This means truly understanding their pain points and how our products and services overcome these. You will define a strong vision for your internal and external audience based on the existing environment and the target state and work with engineering to deliver on this.
Responsibilities:
- Define the vision, concept and roadmap for insurance APIs in alignment with company goals
- Futureproofing the current API landscape including identifying opportunities for new APIs and enhancements to existing ones
- Develop understanding of the market for insurance APIs and strategic positioning of the Xempus product
- Work with business stakeholders including insurance carriers, brokers, 3rd party Independent Software Vendors and internal teams to understand product requirements
- Work closely with engineering and business teams to create scalable, secure and developer-friendly APIs for seamless integration for internal and external platforms
- Be an active member of the Product function at Xempus, contributing to the overall Product strategy
